Jr. Account Executive

Currently in search of a Jr. Account Executive. ParkerWhite Brand Interactive is looking for a bright talent with a drive and passion to excel and grow within an ad agency. Working with both print and digital solutions, the new Junior Account Executive will help manage campaigns and strategic projects. The JAE will also be responsible for supporting the Account Managers on their various projects, gaining exposure to a variety of marketing mediums and tactical solutions.

Skills, knowledge and abilities needed within this position:

Online:

  • Intermediate level of understanding existing and emerging digital technologies:
    Web, Search Engine Marketing and Social Media.
  • Participation in social networks, communities and forums for the agency and for select clients
  • Must be capable of creating comprehensive reports aggregating and compiling information from various analytics and websites
  • Assisting in the management of our client online assets with digital team

Media:

  • Assist on media plan development, implementation, and monitoring of media plans
  • Coordinate placements with Reps and deadlines with creative team

Account Management:

  • Work with creative and account team to manage client projects, both print and digital
  • Help to manage project workflow, schedules, and budgets
  • Proof-reading project routings

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Analytical, Strong quantitative skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Desire to learn and grow online expertise
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Proactive in solving issues
  • Consistent follow-through
  • Self starter, driven
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Great with client and vendor relationships

Level of productivity that is expected from this position:

  •  Ability to demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow in the position
  • Proactive about learning and presenting new ideas, processes, and technologies to better deliver service and/or results for our clients
  • Ability to work independently and becoming an integral part of the digital team
  • Manage agency’s social media program as well as growing expertise in social media tools, strategies, implementation and management
  • Full time commitment with expected growth into a Digital Account Executive

  • A track record of original breakthrough design and creative work
  • The ability to understand multiple client strategies, products/services, industry trends and competitive landscape, by working closely with the Creative Director and Account Manager
  • Can work through projects from concept to production, with excellent production knowledge and attention to detail
