Chances are if you mention the words Reverse Mortgage, it’s not something that resonates with positivity. Finance of America Reverse (FAR) wanted to change those negative perceptions and misconceptions. Our task was to bring their vision to life with a complete overhaul of their brand, marketing communications, and to move away from purchasing expensive 3rd party leads that are sold to several competitors resulting in an awful customer experience, to generating brand direct leads.

The Brand Strategy

The first step was to develop an overarching campaign strategy that allowed us to educate consumers and position Finance of America Reverse as a trusted resource.

Website Design and Development

The new website experience was designed to nurture prospects through rich content, allowing them to discover the benefits of the new reverse mortgages and demystifying the concerns that many have illustrated in success stories from actual customers.

Digital Lead Generation Program

We narrowed in a select audience for prospects within FAR's key demographic and geographic target criteria. Through a series of programmatic digital campaigns, we consistently deliver qualified leads, hitting and exceeding KPI goals month over month.

Creating Compelling Content and Social Media Engagement

With an integrated strategy to grow brand awareness and engage with prospects, we developed a social media strategy to grow FAR's social communities and drive engagement through branded content and success stories from real customers.

Brochure & Collateral

A completely overhauled collateral system was developed with the new branded campaign for both direct customers and a full suite of marketing materials for broker partners.

Broker Portal

To support the mortgage broker partners, we developed the front end of the professional partner's wholesale portal. We developed a robust mortgage comparison tool that brokers can use to help identify the best product scenario for their borrowers.

The Results

The website and brand refresh re-vitalized the company and set them apart from competitors in the reverse mortgage industry.

With the implementation of a highly targeted and behavioral lead generation program, ParkerWhite drove in over 5,000 branded leads in 2019 alone. These branded leads converted nearly 100% more effectively than 3rd party purchased leads, at 1/3 the cost, and for 200% of the value.
